What does registration include?
Registration includes entry to all sessions. You will also be able to participate in networking sessions, visit the virtual exhibit hall, set up meetings with other attendees, and chat with your peers during the sessions.

Are group packages available?
Yes, group packages are available for Sponsors / Exhibitors and Institutions.

Why is the virtual conference not complimentary?
While we wish we could afford this virtual event costing nothing, the fees from our annual conference support the larger operating budget of the InovSciTech organization, as well as expenses related to putting on the event, such as employing our staff, purchasing the necessary virtual technology. In order for us to keep curating this wonderful event, we need the support of attendees like you.

Special Offers/Allowance Codes?
The use of allowance codes is particularly valid at the time of the initial acquirement/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special favor was received after the initial acquirement. Allowance codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations including Presenter or other discounts. Limit one (1) special favor/allowance code per registration.

What is your kickback policy if I am unable to attend?
Cancellation charges will be, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded prior to 60 days to the conference, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior to 50 days to the conference. No refunds will be granted between the duration of 40 days to the conference. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration fee entirely to another individual by notifying the respective conference secretary.

Refunds will be made in the following ways:
Refunds will be made through PayPal exclusively after the conference. All including a transitional commission for cancellation refunds must be covered by the participants/applicants.

Cancellation policy in the events of Natural Disasters/Calamities/Emergencies:
InovSciTech holds the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise. Conference organizers cannot accept kickback requests from the conference delegates/attendees that result from canceled flights and/or Natural Disasters/Calamities/Emergencies/Terrorism activities.
